Responsibilities: Apply technical knowledge and engineering production skills in a BIM environment for projects. Lead a team in BIM model and drawing production, coordinating with discipline leads of multiple disciplines. Ensure model delivery compliance with project and company standards, meeting clients' Exchange Information Requirements (EIR). Coordinate clash detection and resolution activities. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Experience in setting up and producing Revit models. Ensuring there are enough resources and inputs to deliver projects effectively. Ability to plan deliverables systematically. Create service designs to support the development of coordinated models. Provide input into technical standards, templates, workflows, and procedures to enhance the quality of deliverables. Facilitate BIM Standards & ISO 19650 standards development and implementation. Flexibility to work with US/Canada Region Standards. Knowledge of national codes is essential for compliance and safety regulations.
