About the Role-

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

Key Responsibilities-

  • Audit and analyze websites, landing pages, and digital funnels to identify

    conversion bottlenecks

    .
  • Use tools like

    GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, VWO

    , or similar to extract behavioral insights and prioritize opportunities.
  • Design and run

    A/B tests, multivariate tests

    , and post-test analyses to validate improvements.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and content teams to propose changes backed by research and experimentation.
  • Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable test hypotheses and implementation plans.
  • Optimize touchpoints across the

    customer journey

    : landing pages, pricing pages, sign-up flows, forms, checkout, etc.
  • Create CRO roadmaps aligned with business KPIs such as

    conversion rate, CAC, LTV

    , and revenue per visitor.
  • Present strategic insights and test outcomes in a compelling, client-facing format.
  • Stay updated on CRO best practices, tools, frameworks, and evolving user behaviors.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in CRO, performance UX, or digital growth analytics.
  • Proficiency in tools like

    Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, VWO, Hotjar, Optimizely, or Mixpanel

    .
  • Solid grasp of

    conversion funnel strategy, user psychology

    , and UX metrics.
  • Hands-on experience in running

    experiments (A/B, multivariate)

    from ideation to insight reporting.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS basics and CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, Shopify, WordPress).
  • Strong analytical, storytelling, and communication skills to influence design and business decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Background in

    UX research

    , product analytics, or behavioral design.
  • Experience working on

    eCommerce, SaaS

    , or marketing-led product funnels.
  • Familiarity with

    UX copywriting

    , SEO, or performance marketing metrics.
  • Knowledge of
