Contractor - ServiceNow

As a Service Now Consultant at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for leading ServiceNow projects and offshore teams, ensuring successful implementation, administration, and support engagements. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and internal technology project teams to deliver outcomes within the Agile Methodology. Your key responsibilities will include gathering and documenting user, process, and technical requirements, mentoring team members, and leading the development of the ServiceNow platform. You will be involved in performing changes to the user interface, system properties, integrations, data migrations, reports & dashboards, and modifications to existing workflows. Additionally, you will facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules in ServiceNow, identify system deficiencies, and provide recommendations as a trusted advisor to clients. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 6+ years of experience in the IT industry and 4+ years in ServiceNow administration, development, and implementations. You must have strong experience in leading ServiceNow projects, conducting requirements gathering workshops, and working with modules like IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management, and Service Portal. Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/PPM), and ITIL V3 foundation are required for this position. Additionally, experience with UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, and various programming languages like JavaScript, SOAP, REST, as well as the ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously are essential.
