You should have 5+ years of ServiceNow Developer experience with 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow SAM application. Additionally, you should have hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform. It is a must to have good experience in writing client scripts, Business Rules, Client catalog scripts, ACLs in the programming language, and work on the Notification Engine by creating custom notification tags. It is nice to have ATF skills and must have the Flow designer flow experience. You must create Service Request Definitions (SRD) using a standard process as well as an Advanced level and have working experience in creating web services, fetching the data to the vendor form, and configuring Mid-Tier. You should possess sound knowledge to use the data management tool to update the values in bulk. You will be responsible for successfully planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing all technical tasks related to the configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform. This includes providing software development and customization such as screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third-party software integrations, and custom application development. Your role will involve obtaining and analyzing/interpreting business requirements to propose sustainable solutions within the ServiceNow environment. Additionally, you will be coordinating and resolving complex technical data and transformation issues. To excel in this role, you must be an expert in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development, with specific experience in ITSM, CMDB, and KB. Your expertise should extend to developing ServiceNow Business Rules, Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, ServiceNow client and server-side scripting. Working experience with ServiceNow modules such as PPM, CSM, and ITOM will be considered an added advantage. You will also be responsible for the technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and systems. Proficiency in Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST APIs, and experience with HTML5, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and Angular.js are essential for this role. We are currently seeking to hire ServiceNow Professionals in various locations including Hyderabad, Pune, and Indore. As a ServiceNow Technology Lead, you will be responsible for leveraging your 6+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in ServiceNow, to lead a team of consultants in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with external clients and internal project teams to achieve outcomes within the Agile Methodology. Your role will involve gathering and documenting requirements, mentoring team members, developing technical solutions, and facilitating the rollout of new applications and modules in ServiceNow.
