Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic

Contract Management Specialist

with a strong foundation in infrastructure projects especially railways and highways. The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in contract drafting, negotiation, claims management, and compliance, backed by a top-tier management education.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate project contracts including EPC, subcontract, JV, and consultancy agreements.
Manage contractual obligations during pre-award and post-award stages.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks in railway and highway infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with project, legal, and procurement teams to mitigate contractual risks.
Lead contract change management, claims, extensions, and dispute resolution processes.
Maintain documentation and tracking of contract performance and KPIs.

Required Skills Qualifications

MBA from a Tier 1 institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.).
7 years of experience in contract management, preferably in railway or highway EPC projects.
Working knowledge of FIDIC/CPWD/IRC/RAILWAY contract formats.
Strong understanding of government tendering processes and contract law.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
