Job Description Contracts Engineer /K4 Min. experience - 7 to 10 years Job description will include but not limited to the following. Managing contract works and tenders Managing the team of subordinates as guided by managers Preparation of BOQ items and Quantity Estimations. Contract variations and Contract billing. Monitoring the various Contractual works related to b Package. Preparation of progress report of site work and updation on weekly and monthly basis. Liaising with external agencies for various contractors for smooth flow of work. Preparing and reviewing documentations for regulatory approvals and contract issues. Attending regular multi-disciplined meetings to discuss projects with various government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders. Qualifications Qualification : B.E./B.Tech/Diploma - Civil with experience of contracts/QS in Infrastructure projects. Show more Show less
