Role Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Content Writer who can research, write, and refine content using advanced AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Google AI Studio. You’ll collaborate with our SEO, marketing, and development teams to create content that is original, strategic, and aligned with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create clear, engaging, and keyword-optimized content for blogs, websites, brochures, ads, and internal documents.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Google AI Studio) to support content generation, summaries, SEO suggestions, and scope documentation.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to align content with current search trends and integrate structured data elements where required.
• Repurpose existing content and contribute to long-term content strategy.
• Ensure consistency in tone, grammar, and formatting across all platforms.
• Track content performance and adapt based on analytics or team feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in using AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, Google AI Studio, or other LLM-supported platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and digital writing best practices.
• Familiarity with real estate content or lifestyle writing is a plus.
