· YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

· Generate and develop concepts and ideas that meet the requirements of the brief while keeping the algorithm in consideration.

· Understand what the clients want and need as per the brief

· Monthly content calendar approval

· Understanding of various formats of social media

· Influencer selection.

· Help develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration. Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects.

· Responsible for leading the creative work that is produced on two or three accounts, depending on the account size.

· Lead concept presentations.

· Work closely with art, editorial, and traffic departments to ensure that deadlines and budgets are met.

· Experience:

· 1-3 years’ experience (Agency background preferred).

· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Good time-management skills, Team player,

· A proactive approach to creative projects.

Effective verbal & communication skills.
