Position: Content Associate Reports to: Founder Experience: 1–2 Years Location: Remote (Mumbai-based applicants preferred; occasional in-person workshops in Mumbai) Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) You believe words can create change and design can deepen it. We’re looking for a Content Associate to own the content universe. Someone who can craft visually striking presentations, and co-create to challenge norms and celebrate inclusion. If you love writing that matters, let’s talk. What you will do: Create compelling content for social media , presentations , brochures , blogs/articles , and website Conduct deep research on topics like Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging and future of work Write impactful content that engages & appeals to different audience personas/roles - Executives, Business, HR and D&I Professionals Repurpose existing content into fresh formats and narratives Collaborate on client projects, workshops, and strategy decks Proofread, polish, and align everything to our brand tone Manage social media scheduling and content calendars Occasionally assist in video editing for reels or short-form content Must Haves: 1-2 years of hands-on content experience Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva (design sense matters!)
