Job Overview:

Are you a strategic thinker with a creative edge and a knack for paid ads? We’re looking for an experienced Content & Social Media Strategist to lead our presence on Instagram and LinkedIn, manage paid ad campaigns, and help drive real business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute monthly content strategies tailored for Instagram & LinkedIn

• Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interaction

• Lead Meta and LinkedIn paid ad campaigns (strategy, execution & reporting)

• Analyse content performance and optimize based on insights

• Collaborate with our creative team for content production

Requirements and Preferred Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy & paid ads

• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager & LinkedIn Campaign Manager

• Strong grasp of content formats like reels, carousels, infographics, etc.

• Data-driven mindset with a creative touch

• Bonus: Experience with B2B brands or agency work
