About the Role:

Love short-form content? Obsessed with Reels, Shorts, and trending audios? This role is tailor-made for creative minds who can turn dry topics into scroll-stopping content. You’ll be scripting and brainstorming with our marketing team to create short, educational, and witty video content for social media platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Scriptwriting:

• Write clear, engaging, and creative video scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos.
• Tailor content to suit platform trends (hooks, CTAs, storytelling formats).
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for visual concepts.

Trend Research:

• Stay updated with viral formats, sounds, and themes across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Ideate content formats that mix education, entertainment, and engagement.

Content Planning:

• Create monthly content calendars.
• Suggest shoot ideas, shot structures, or edits that match the script flow.

Content Writing Support:

• Write captions, titles, hashtags, and short-form blog-style repurposing (optional but appreciated).
• Contribute to content repurposing strategy across platforms.

What You’ll Learn:

• How to write high-performing, platform-native scripts
• Hook-writing, scroll-stopping intros, and storytelling
• Real-world application of marketing psychology
• Working in sync with design, editing, and strategy teams
• Use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, etc.
