Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Transport, Payroll, Learning & Development (L&D), and Human Resources (HR). Promote team engagement and ensure employee well-being. Provide timely inputs and recommendations on process improvements and policy updates. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience managing a content moderation team for an international client. Hands-on expertise in moderating images, text, short videos, and attributes , including sensitive or afflictive content. Strong knowledge of performance management, productivity metrics , and team management best practices. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with changing priorities. Willingness to work in flexible/rotational shifts . Preferred Experience: [6-8] years of experience in content moderation or related BPO/KPO roles. Prior experience in high-volume moderation environments is a plus.
