Identify and flag potentially harmful or inappropriate content for removal. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for improving content quality and user engagement. Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content creation, moderation, and review. Provide feedback to developers on features related to content management systems. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in content creation, editing, review, or strategy development. Proficiency in Spanish language (written) required; knowledge of English also necessary. Experience working with online communities or social media platforms preferred.
