We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Content Creator with a background in Mass Communication to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills and the ability to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish engaging video content across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize and create engaging video content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and other platforms. Write scripts and develop storyboards for video campaigns. Shoot high-quality videos using professional equipment or mobile setups. Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. Collaborate with the content, social media, and marketing teams to align video content with brand messaging. Optimize videos for SEO and platform-specific algorithms. Stay updated with video trends, formats, and platform-specific best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field. Strong storytelling and visual communication skills. Basic to advanced knowledge of video production and editing tools. Hands-on experience with camera equipment and audio setups (preferred). Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of pacing and aesthetics. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
