🧰 Job Title: Site Supervisor – Misting Systems Location: New Delhi Company: Aditech Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience) 📋 Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and service of high-pressure misting systems at client locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site management, basic plumbing/electrical understanding, and the ability to manage labor teams. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Supervise misting system installations and ensure quality standards are met Coordinate with the design/technical team and execute work as per layout Manage labor teams (plumbers, welders, helpers) on-site Ensure timely completion of daily targets Handle client queries and provide on-site updates Conduct pre-installation checks and post-installation testing Maintain records: site photos, daily progress, material usage Travel to different sites as per project needs Ensure safety and cleanliness on site ✅ Requirements: Minimum 10th Pass / Diploma (preferred in Mechanical or Civil field) 1–3 years experience in site supervision (preferably plumbing/electrical) Basic understanding of misting systems / water lines / pumps (training will be provided) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must be willing to travel and work flexible hours Should own a smartphone (for reporting) Two-wheeler preferred (fuel allowance can be provided) 🎯 Additional Benefits: Monthly performance incentives Training and upskilling opportunities On-time salary with travel and site allowances Growth opportunity to become Project Manager in 1–2 years
