Job Description

Role & responsibilities Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical sales support for industrial products Industrial PC, Panel PC, Industrial Networking, IIOT and Industrial Automation products Create proposals and quotes for industrial projects while ensuring timely delivery of products. Provide techno-commercial expertise to clients by explaining product features and benefits. Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication. Answering any technical questions the client might have Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then proposing hardware and software solution to the client Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client Achieving sales target Preferred candidate profile 3-5 years of experience in application engineering or a related field (industrial automation/ Hardware and networking). Diploma / BE/ Bsc in IT/ Elctrronics/Computers/Electricals Strong understanding of computer hardware components like CPUs, motherboards, RAM modules etc. . Conversant with AIOT/ IIOT Proficiency in creating proposals & quotations for industrial projects.
