Job description Officer HR - Compliance / Deputy Manager HR- Compliance male candidates Only Location :Ghatkoper/Powai/Borivali/ Bangalore BBA-HR/IR, Personnel/MBA with minimum 2-10 years relevant work experience & knowledge of record keeping in respect of PF, ESIC, P.Tax, MLWF, Security Guard Board, HR Audit & Labour Act Having excellent Lesioning with statutory authorities for successfully carrying out inspections and settlement of queries. Core Responsibilities:- Mainly responsible for PF, ESIC, and other compliance Related matters.. To prepare the monthly PF statement, PF Challan & process the PF withdrawals. To prepare the remittance statement, submission of monthly & Annual return To maintain the Salary, Attendance, Deduction & OT Register To maintain the Form No. F & Process gratuity application form Managing & taking care of Shop & establishment compliance's as per the various Acts & maintaining register. Creates & execute administrative management work plans. Maintain & update all Personnel record time to time.
