Department - Company Secretary

Location – Surat

  • Good drafting, communication, and organizational skills
  • High integrity and confidentiality
  • Coordinate with internal departments for compliance-related data and documentation.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary actions
  • Handle filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), SEBI, RBI, and Stock Exchanges.
  • Prepare agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers and records.
  • Ensure timely compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and other applicable laws.


Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification - Preferably CS Executive or Professional Pass.

[Optional: Bachelor's degree in Law]

Experience – Minimum 1 year
