Let’s build the future of enterprise tech—together! Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at Ostwal Group of Industries located in Bhilwara. The Company Secretary will be responsible for handling the day-to-day secretarial and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining the minutes of meetings, and coordinating board meetings and shareholder communications. Qualifications Knowledge of Company Law, Corporate Governance, and Secretarial Practices Experience in handling board meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining meeting minutes Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Relevant qualifications like a CS degree will be beneficial Job Location: - Bhilwara (Raj.)
