Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commissioning Engineer, located in Chennai. The Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the commissioning process for various projects. Day-to-day tasks include

• developing and executing test plans,
• conducting system and equipment inspections,
• troubleshooting issues, and
• ensuring that systems operate as intended.

The engineer will collaborate with project teams, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in developing and executing test plans and procedures
• Experience in system and equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and operations
• Familiarity with safety and environmental standards such as HAZOP, HAZID, EIA, and SIL
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using technical software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience working in industries such as oil and gas, power, petrochemicals, automotive, or aerospace is a plus
