Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Executive located in Lucknow. The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing debt recovery, communicating with customers regarding overdue payments, developing repayment plans, negotiating settlements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The role requires regular follow-up with clients and coordination with other departments to manage accounts effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt recovery and collections
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement repayment plans
• Familiarity with legal regulations and compliance
• Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using collection software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
