Job Description

Role : Collection Executive Key Responsibilities: • Contact customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to recover overdue payments. • Update and maintain accurate records of collection efforts and outcomes. • Identify accounts requiring escalations or legal actions and forward them to the appropriate teams. • Educate customers about repayment options and the consequences of non-payment. • Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Prepare regular reports on collection progress, payment trends, and account statuses. QUALIFICATIONS : 12th Pass Experience: • 1-6 years of relevant experience working in the collections team for consumer credit products such as Credit Card, Personal Loan, Education Loan, 2W and 4W, Home Loan, etc Location : Silkboard , Bangalore
