Job Description

International customer support Executive Qualification : 12th pass/ Any graduate/UG Min 1 year Experience in BPO - Domestic or International, Voice/ Nonvoice Freshers do not apply for this role Excellent communication in English required 3 rounds of Interview - HR , OPS , Client . Candidate should be available for Interview immediatly and join immediate 2 way cab provided Location : Whitefield - ITPL Rotational Shifts Engaging with customers through various channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.  Supplying accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, and company policies.  Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and updating customer accounts.  Fostering positive relationships with customers through professional and empathetic communication.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers effectively.  The ability to adapt to different customer personalities, situations, and communication channels.  The ability to attentively listen to customer needs and understand their concerns.
