The role also includes promoting new enrollments, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: Collection Management: Follow up with customers for timely payments and ensure dues are collected on schedule. Customer Interaction: Maintain professional communication with clients to address payment-related queries and provide solutions. Recovery Handling: Handle overdue payments tactfully while maintaining good customer relations. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of collections, outstanding amounts, and customer interactions. Field Visits: Visit customers as required to collect payments or provide information on chit schemes. New Enrollments: Promote and enroll new customers into chit fund schemes to earn commission-based incentives. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and ensure legal compliance in collection activities.
