Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Agent located in Indore. The Collection Agent will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts/loans from clients. Day-to-day tasks include contacting debtors by phone or by email to negotiate payment plans, processing cash collections, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions. The role requires effective communication with customers to resolve any outstanding issues and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Qualifications

Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Basic understanding of Finance principles
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or related field is a plus
Familiarity with relevant legal requirements and regulations is beneficial
