Key Responsibilities Social Media Management - Manage content calendars and schedule posts for TDS Group, Prospect AI, and AM Creative on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. - Liaise with the video team to ensure 12 monthly content pieces for AM Creative are delivered and posted. - Write clear, on-brand caption copy for all social posts. - Use AI tools (e.g., Descript, VEED, or similar) to edit video content provided by the founder for short-form social media use (e.g., reels, shorts, stories). Email & CRM Marketing - Build and schedule monthly email campaigns inside the CRM (GoHighLevel or similar). - Manage basic marketing automations and ensure email flows are functional and aligned with campaign strategy. SEO & Blog Coordination - Liaise with the SEO team to create and publish blog content monthly for both TDS Group and Prospect AI. - Oversee the content writing process (with internal or freelance support) and coordinate technical upload or delegate to the dev team when needed. Marketing Data & Reporting - Compile marketing and sales KPIs across the three brands into a monthly report using Google Sheets or Data Studio. - Monitor performance insights and flag opportunities or drops in performance across campaigns. Paid Media Support - Assist in setting up and managing META ads campaigns. - Support basic ad performance tracking and creative testing in collaboration with the paid ads team. Ad Hoc Support - Provide short-term support for client campaigns when internal team members are on leave. - Escalate issues only when truly necessary, otherwise take full ownership and work with internal departments to find solutions.
