Cluster Manager (Mortgage)

Enterprise Lending

Channel Lending (DSA)

Loan Against Property (LAP)

Job Role :

Managing business development for the cluster through channel tie ups.
Increasing business revenue by cross selling various products.
Strengthening distribution through tie ups with channel partners e.g. DSAs, CAs,and connectors.
Managing Delinquency Resolutions.
Managing Business growth and profitability through Area Managers and Territory Managers.
Assessing training needs to accelerate his team’s performance.
Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with product team.
Managing Weekly and Monthly MIS and Trackers.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Mandatory Skills :
