You will be responsible for solving complex, technical challenges to allow customers to focus on their business operations. This will involve devising mechanisms to integrate the customers" cloud infrastructure effectively. You will actively engage in technical solutions discussions and collaborate closely with customer teams, delivering product and technical presentations to potential clients. It is essential to possess a deep understanding of end-to-end customer operations, serving as a consultant to customers to identify key business challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions to address these challenges. Additionally, you will contribute to developing long-term strategies aimed at enhancing customer business operations through data management tools and services, ensuring continuous value delivery to customers" businesses. Your role will also involve educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and conducting workshops. Ultimately, you will not only be part of an industry movement but will also lead it. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in architecting and operating solutions based on cloud technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, along with relevant expertise in build, deployment, automation, networking, and security technologies in cloud environments is essential. Strong skills in Technical Post-sales and Delivery, coupled with hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, are required. Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools, cloud cost optimization tools, Containers, Terraform, and Automation Tools is crucial. Moreover, excellent written and verbal communication skills are indispensable for effective interaction with team members and clients. Desirable qualifications include public cloud certifications, prior experience in the cloud storage domain, account management, project management skills, and experience in high-engagement customer-facing roles.
