Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi. Driving troubleshooting and providing clear action plans, follow up to closure. Knowledge of Service Now for Incident and Change management. Non-Technical/Soft Skills required: Strong Communication and presentation Skills. Ability to handle tough situations/spots independently.
