You'll be a key support system for the servicing team, helping bring campaigns to life with precision and passion. What You'll Do:Manage end-to-end client servicing, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring timely delivery.Handle client social media accounts, keeping content on-brand, timely, and aligned with goals.Propose creative strategies to boost social presence and audience engagement.Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time content delivery.Stay updated on trends, benchmarks, and audience behaviour to guide content and campaigns.Grow and engage client communities across platforms through strategic initiatives. What You Bring:- 5 months to 1 year of experience in client servicing, marketing, or a related field (agency experience preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised approach to tasks. - Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment. - Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and client-agency dynamics.
