About our Company : Dancing Dot is an Event Management and Retail Branding Company Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing / Business Development Specialist located in Kolkata Individual will be responsible for generating revenue for the company though on boarding of new client and from existing clients Individual will lead the development of event strategies aligned with the company's brand, goals, and objectives. Work closely with senior leadership to define the vision and goals for each event Manage relationships with key clients, partners, sponsors, and other external stakeholders Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients. Conducting regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our services, address concerns, and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile 4 to 7 years of experience in similar field Qualification : Minimum Graduate Fluent In English, Hindi and Bengali Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
