Handling customer queries Experience in Inbound/Outbound processes Willingness to work in a challenging environment Excellent Communication skills Basic computer application skills & data management Skills Should have good negotiation and convincing skills Primary role of servicing clients and over-seeing day-to-day operations of the various projects/campaigns of the client Understanding client’s business and relationship marketing requirements Meeting up with the clients & taking brief from them. Pitching to clients for new projects Generate revenues from the serviced accounts De-briefing other departments, such as Creative, Operations, and Technology, and to oversee that the work is done in tandem with the client’s brief Working knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint Experience in handling different CRMs. Ability to handle escalations and pacify irate clients. Excellent verbal and written English language capability. Good logical reasoning and analytical abilities.
