Client Service Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Client Service Executive to join our team and manage the smooth execution of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the execution of digital marketing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Act as the central point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Monitor project budgets and ensure projects stay within scope. Track project metrics and generate reports on performance and delivery timelines. Collaborate with creative, technical, and digital marketing teams to allocate resources efficiently. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates to keep everyone aligned. Manage client communication, providing updates and gathering feedback. Assist in post-project evaluations and documentation of learnings. Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in project management tools. Understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms (SEO, PPC, social media). Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
