Summary:As a Client Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for seamlessly delivering services to the client. A typical day involves assigning work assignments to team members, managing their work quality, overseeing financial targets, and driving overall people management. You will monitor and control service delivery metrics to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages team engagement and performance excellence.
