Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing timely responses to inquiries. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing business and repeat sales. Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of products or services in line with client expectations. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns. Identify opportunities for additional business with existing clients, including upselling or cross-selling services. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients. Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions to foster long-term relationships. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights. Assist in the development of client retention strategies and execute them effectively. Profile Your role is a combination of customer handling and business development. Training Will be provided.
