Responsibilities Proactively engage with NRI clients to understand and address their investment, insurance, and tax compliance needs in a timely manner. Coordinate with the head office to facilitate seamless exchange of documents pertaining to services for NRI clients. Maintain accurate records of follow-up communications with both existing NRI clients and potential NRI clients. Collaborate closely with management and reporting officers to ensure alignment with NRI-focused business tasks. Travel to outstation locations as necessary for client meetings and to the head office for NRI-related coordination. Provide support for management activities and actively contribute to the development and execution of NRI-specific business strategies.
