Client Relation Executive - Females - Kochi

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, resolving issues, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: Be the main point of contact for clients and communicate clearly with them. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and offer solutions. Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve client issues quickly and professionally. Account Management: Track client progress and ensure satisfaction with our services/products. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to meet client expectations. Reporting: Update on client status, issues, and feedback regularly. Client Retention: Look for ways to improve client retention through follow-ups and personalized service. Project Support: Assist clients with product or service-related questions and support during onboarding or implementation. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks. Experience with CRM tools is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Ernakulam District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 02/06/2025
