Clearance & Brokerage Operations; Brokerage Admin Services; Clearance Customer Service; Cage Handling; Supply Chain Solutions & Engineering; Clearance Regulatory; Clearance Admin; Cross Border Custom Clearance (f2f/ online)

What will you do:

Manage and oversee clearance and brokerage operations, ensuring efficient and compliant processing of shipments.
Provide administrative support for brokerage services, including documentation and record-keeping.
Deliver exceptional customer service for clearance-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Handle and manage cage operations, ensuring secure and accurate processing of shipments.
Collaborate with supply chain solutions and engineering teams to optimize clearance processes.
Stay updated with clearance regulations and ensure all operations comply with relevant standards.
Administer clearance processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.
Facilitate cross-border custom clearance, both face-to-face and online, ensuring compliance with international regulations.

You will be a great fit if you:

Have the relevant experience for 4 to 6 years in the industry with clearance knowledge.
