Job summary

The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and cost standards. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Directly oversee construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Project Planning: Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools to monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections to ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of materials and adherence to project timelines.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, plans, and change orders, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Software Proficiency: Civil 3D, AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in civil engineering projects in the industrial, commercial, and office sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software tools for project management and design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
