Job Description: Experience of 4- 6years as Civil Engineer on site to lead and manage construction and design projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering principles, architecture, and project site management with add on expertise in old building maintained as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil and architectural projects.
• Develop and review detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and plans.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
• Estimate project costs, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, codes, and safety protocols.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project presentations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of structural engineering, building codes, and construction methods.
• Proven project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities with supervisor /labor direct interaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Experience in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
