Civil Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed according to approved designs, timelines, and quality standards while maintaining safety and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of work.
• Interpret and implement technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
• Resolve technical issues and site-related problems efficiently.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate updates to the project manager or senior engineer.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in site execution of civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other project management tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
