We are hiring a site-based Civil Engineer to oversee infrastructure and layout execution for a 100-acre golf-led plotted township. The role includes future housing society development and requires hands-on civil execution expertise, vendor coordination, and field quality control. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Execute site works: roads, drainage, plot marking, retaining walls, leveling Oversee civil contractor teams and material usage Support villa housing society execution (roads, foundations, STP, water infra) Coordinate with operations team on infra timelines and BOQ Ensure technical quality and safety standards at all times Assist in layout updates, GPS mapping, and basic reporting ✅ Requirements: Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering Minimum 3 years field experience in real estate or infra projects Experience with plotted developments or housing society execution preferred Fluent in Kannada and comfortable with field coordination Familiarity with BOQs, drawings, GPS/Google Maps, and site documentation
