Experience Required:

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer with 4–5 years of site experience to oversee and coordinate various aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in site supervision, quality assurance, and contractor coordination to ensure timely and high-quality project execution. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential to handle on-site challenges effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted construction operations.
• Inspect construction processes including formwork, steel reinforcement, and concreting as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to streamline material supply and on-site work.
• Ensure adherence to established quality standards and enforce safety measures across the site.
• Monitor project timelines and take corrective actions to mitigate delays or disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily progress reports for senior engineers and project managers.
