Job Details

Ensure proper planning and scheduling of ongoing/ upcoming site activities.
Ensure Organising and proper utilization of different resources including men/ materials used during construction.
Monitoring and supervision the project progress, ensure quality, and safety of men/material during project execution.
Supervising civil /PEB work is as per drawing / methodology / specifications and as per conditions of the contract.
Ensure the quality management system and safe working conditions during the execution.
Preparation of proper documents regarding project as progress documents ,quality documents ,safety documents and measurements documents etc.
Preparation of civil BOM ,Rate analysis, BOQ, site billing & its checking, material indent, reconciliation etc.
Ensure the cost optimization and wastage control during the project execution.
Knowledge of fit -out work, interior work, civil work, RCC work and PEB work in industrial/commercial projects.
Knowledge of PEB erection in industrial plant and warehouses etc.
Knowledge of auto cad, MS excel , MS office .
Knowledge of services and external development works .
