Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer Faculty at our Kottayam location. The Civil Engineer Faculty will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting workshops, and providing practical training in various civil engineering subjects. They will also develop course materials, mentor students, assess student performance, and participate in industry-institute partnerships to keep the curriculum updated with the latest technology and practices.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering concepts
• Experience in teaching or working as Civil Engineers
• Skills in Planning and Stormwater Management
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Ability to create and update course materials
• Experience with industry collaborations and seminars
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Prior teaching experience is an advantage
