Civil Draftsman Qualification Diploma - Draftsman Civil Experience - Minimum 5 Years’ experience required Job Type: Full-time Location: Kakkanad, Ernakulam Company: Cromwell Projects Private Limited. Job Description and Key Responsibilities • Proficient in AutoCAD (BIM - Optional) • Basics in Sketchup (Extracting data from Sketchup) • Proficient in Working Drawings - MEP, HVAC, Interior working drawings, Cutting list for interior (Optional) 2D drawings of interiors • Excellent knowledge of materials (dimensions and such) • Proficient in Permit Submission through KSMART (Preparing drawings, sanctions, completion and regularization. • Excellent knowledge in Municipality, Corporation and Panchayath building rules and regulations. • Proficient in drafting the mentioned drawings of residential and commercial category.
