Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Join the executive leadership team of a fast-growing global health nonprofit. As COO, you’ll steer operations across HR, finance, compliance, and on-ground programs, driving growth in one of the most cost-effective interventions in healthcare. If you’re obsessed with impact, ops excellence, and scaling what works — this one’s for you.

Location:

Remote. Preference for India-based (Jaipur or Delhi), but open globally with at least 4 hours overlap with IST.

Responsibilities:

• Own and scale all internal operations: HR, finance, compliance, admin
• Lead strategic planning, ops roadmapping, KPI setting and cross-team coordination
• Partner with CEO on program delivery across India, and manage implementation partners
• Cultivate high-trust relationships with government, funders and delivery partners

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5+ years leading ops in a growing org (nonprofit or startup)
• Systems thinker with a love of spreadsheets and well-oiled processes
• Skilled communicator and manager, able to motivate cross-functional teams
• Strategic, pragmatic and fluent in both vision and execution

Compensation:

India-based: Up to ₹50L; UK-based: ~£65k — adjusted by location. Generous flexibility for exceptional candidates.
