Chief Financial Officer

The role requires a seasoned finance professional with a strong track record in high-growth environments and expertise in leading IPO preparations and public listing processes. As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, operations, and regulatory compliance, working closely with the Board, investors, and capital markets. Your key responsibilities will include leading financial planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting, and risk management. You will also be responsible for overseeing capital raising activities, both debt and equity, as well as investor relations. Driving and managing the entire IPO readiness and execution, including compliance with SEBI and stock exchange norms, will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will develop tax strategies to optimize liabilities, manage treasury operations, liquidity, working capital, and capital structure. Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, bankers, and financial institutions will also be important, along with providing strategic financial insights to the leadership team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5-7 years in senior leadership roles in the FMCG or related sectors. A proven track record of successfully leading IPOs and ensuring public company compliance is essential. Experience in capital raising, due diligence, and managing relationships with investors and the Board is required. A deep understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and corporate governance is necessary, along with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. Strong strategic thinking, negotiation skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills are also key attributes sought for this role. This position is based in Mumbai, India, and is a full-time role with a salary of up to 50 LPA, along with performance-based incentives.,
