The ideal candidate should be a proven leader in a Global or Indian conglomerate, well-versed with developing and overseeing comprehensive legal systems pertaining to development of contractual framework and management for Buying, Selling, Hiring people, M&A and Digitalization of legal processes. S/he must have handled litigation, understands the whole ecosystem and is fully conversant with reputed law firms and lawyers. Additionally, the leader should bring in new talent and restructure the existing legal team, providing strong leadership and direction. The Successful Candidate Seasoned subject matter expert with good business acumen and interpretation skills, a proven leader with extensive experience, and the vision to steer the company towards future growth and success. A key aspect of the role will be to manage legal risks and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
