Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Chef – Culinary Manager to lead and elevate our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of hands-on experience in a café or casual dining environment and demonstrates strong culinary and leadership skills. You'll be responsible for managing the kitchen team, ensuring food quality, and contributing to an innovative and evolving menu.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency

Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to uphold performance and hygiene standards

Execute and present menu items as per brand specifications

Collaborate with the management team on seasonal menu planning and new product development

Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in compliance with FSSAI regulations

Manage inventory, control food costs, and reduce wastage

Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless guest experiences

Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and skill development sessions

Qualifications & Skills

3–4 years of professional culinary experience in a café, QSR, or F&B outlet

Expertise in continental, fusion, and café/kiosk-style cuisine

Proven leadership and team management abilities

Solid understanding of inventory management and cost control

Knowledge of FSSAI regulations and food safety protocols

Attention to detail with a creative and solution-oriented mindset

Strong communication and organizational skills

Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred
